Il Nido di Petra - Holiday Apartment

The “Nido di Petra” (Petra’s nest) is a studio apartment for short holiday periods ideal for young couples and families with a child. It is located just 30 meters from the seafront of Santa Maria of Castellabate (SA) and 50 meters from the main street. A perfect solution for those who want to stay in the center of Santa Maria of Castellabate and at a very short distance from the sea and the beautiful sandy beaches of the area.

The holiday studio apartment “the Nido di Petra” has a kitchenette with an induction hob, a fridge, a sink, a table with chairs and everything you need to prepare breakfast and the main meals of the day.

The studio apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a window with a mosquito net and security grilles, a wall-mounted drying rack outside and has an independent entrance. Moreover, although it is located in a central area, it is possible to relax and enjoy the holiday as it is far from the main road.

The guests of the “Nido di Petra” enjoy full autonomy in the use of the holiday studio apartment. This benefits from an air conditioning system, WiFi internet connection, a flat-screen TV, a shower with hydro-massage, a safe and a wardrobe with products for cleaning and personal hygiene.

The “Nido di Petra” offers a double sofa bed specially designed to offer the same comfort as a traditional bed. In fact, this is equipped with an 18 cm memory foam mattress for a comfortable stay. On request, we also offer a camping cot and a high chair for couples with children.

The “Nido di Petra” offers all its guests free parking. This is about 500 meters from the holiday studio apartment and can be accessed at any time of the day. We offer a shuttle service to facilitate our guests both on arrival and departure.

We provide linen, towels, a hairdryer and everything you need to use the bathroom and the kitchen even for a holiday of just two days.

Castellabate, also called the place of enchantment, has been attracting many visitors for several years thanks to the success obtained by the comedy film "Benvenuti al Sud". In addition to the splendid panorama, which can be enjoyed from the ancient village, the Santa Maria district which is by the sea, offers beaches with different options. There are both free areas of beach and lidos with rows of sunbeds and coloured umbrellas. It is also possible to do excursions by boat and visit the beautiful island of Licosa.

There are also restaurants and pizzerias where it is possible to taste the typical dishes of the Cilento, an area dedicated to the summer craft markets, which is very close to the “Nido di Petra” and various summer events organized for tourists. Moreover, a long shop-lined corso provides an ideal stroll.
